All Mel needs to do is pay $750,000 to his ex. Lucky for him he has a payment plan of 3 installments of $250,000 due by January 2016.   In addition, a separate fund is required for their daughter Lucia. Oksana and Lucia are allowed to live in their multi-million dollar home until Lucia is 18, but then it is to be sold with all proceeds deposited into a fund for her. In addition, Mel is responsible for up to $5,000 dollars for any repairs needed; hope he knows a good handyman!   After the conclusion of this dramatic divorce, Mel thanked the judge for a "reasonable conclusion" and Oksana thanked him for "helping resolve the issue".   Fortunately for Lucia, both parents will both have joint legal and physical custody of her.
