The treatment of overlapping layers of paint, the use of various sizes of brushes and hair, paint textures, lights, shadows and of course the play of the color, the game of cold and warm colors, opaque and transparent colors, impastos and glazing. The use of the colors and the movement of the brush strokes into the paint textures to create an interesting, exciting, dramatic and credible outdoors atmosphere.
